How many times do we let fear of rejection stop us from achieving our dreams? If we don't change our behavior, we'll never have different results. If we don't ask, we won't receive. Whether it is help, an opportunity, a career move, or even love; we must position ourselves in order to receive a blessing. If we let doubt and fear keep us from moving, we won't grow.

Without movement, there is no growth. If we never step out in faith, we will always stand still in doubt and fear. Let's face it. Life can be hard. Rejection is painful. Fear can be scary. Change is intimidating. But if we never face our fears, we won't challenge ourselves. We will remain stagnant and never see the fulfillment of the happiness we can attain.

We must learn to set our eyes on the prize. Once we know what we want, set attainable goals to reach our destination. If one plan fails, keep moving forward. Set a new plan and stay on course. If rejection comes, then rise above it. Do whatever you have to do to keep moving forward. If you're afraid, well that's okay too.

Rise up and move forward. You'll conquer your fears and find a new courage you've never experienced before.

There's so much more we can do to achieve our goals and realize our dreams.

But the one thing none of us can do, is nothing.
