Life is like a camera
How much better would our lives be if instead of focusing on negative things we set our minds on the positive?
Does this mean that our negative experiences are simply swept away and ignored? Absolutely not. It would be impossible to truly ignore the negative situations that occur in our lives. Instead of internalizing the negative and letting them rob us of our self-esteem, self-worth, and future happiness, grow from them.
The last part of this saying holds much wisdom and what may be the secret to finding happiness along life's journey.
No matter our intentions, how much we want things to work out, and how hard we try or whether we fail, it is never to late to try again. Sometimes life doesn't work out the way we planned. Sometimes we make decisions that we believe will turn out one way, only to find the opposite is true. We all fail. We all make mistakes. But we never have to give up. We never have to lose hope that tomorrow can and will be a better day.
When things don't work out the way we plan, don't give up. Just give it another shot. Keep focusing on the positive and eventually, you'll have the picture you were shooting for.
