There is no question that everyone can learn to live, laugh, and love more deeply.
One way we can learn to live every moment is to make ourselves consciously appreciate the small things that often go unnoticed. Perspective means so much to our personal happiness. When we feel burdened with the trivial, mundane tasks of life, let's stop and turn our focus on the positive aspects of each situation. If your finding your life is becoming routine and are losing your perspective, spend some time in nature. Take a walk, go hiking, visit the ocean or a lake, or just step outside and observe the world around you. Reflect upon nature's beauty and you'll soon find your perspective will change.
Go outside at night and look upwards. Really focus on the moon, stars, universe. Take some time to enjoy a sunset and remind yourself that there is an incredibly vast world out there and you are part of it.
No matter what you are doing, always be aware of the gift of life that you currently possess. If you feel overwhelmed, just stop what you are doing, close your eyes, and breathe. Practice deep breathing to promote relaxation and reduce stress. Return to your tasks and this time, focus on it. Make yourself fully aware of your current actions, and reflect upon the miracle that is your life.
Your very existence on this planet is miraculous. No matter what you are going through, you can learn to find joy, peace, and hope for tomorrow. Learn how to laugh and open your heart to love.
